About iPrana
iPrana Health consulting is a newly accredited SIRA approved rehabilitation provider. It was founded by a first generation migrant and Physiotherapist out of a need to provide person centred rehabilitation services catering to the needs of culturally and linguistically diverse communities in New South Wales.
Our founder has 18 years of experience in the work health and safety and occupational rehabilitation industry working for national and global employers, insured and self insured schemes and labour unions. We offer the leadership and expertise to help you develop in your role.

The Role:
- Rehabilitation Consultants (full time or part time) who share our company values to work in Sydney Metro with some opportunity for Central Coast and Regional NSW work and travel.
- A hybrid working environment – work from home and the office (West, North West and South West office locations).
- Injury management of people injured in the NSW Workers Compensation and CTP schemes across a wide portfolio of industries from transport and logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, government, construction, hospitality, and professional services. No two days are the same!
- Identify and manage the risk to return to pre-injury health and work using your excellent written and verbal skills. Let us build your confidence in this area.
- Identifying the needs of the injured person and each stakeholder to ensure a goal directed client centred approach toward return to health.
- Completing discipline specific assessment services (Workplace Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations (Psychological or Physical), ADL Assessments and Vocational Assessments.
- Assistance with job seeking and labour market analysis – help people find work when they can’t return to their pre-injury role.
About You:
- Degree in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Rehab Counselling.
- Full registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC.
- Organised team player who are willing to adapt, learn and improve.
- Strong ability to maintain strong working relationships with clients and referrers.
- Able to obtain Professional indemnity insurance, a valid police check.
- A teachable attitude with a willingness to develop interpersonal, communication and report writing skills.
- Current drivers license and own vehicle.
- Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
- Sensitivity to culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
