YOUR NEW ROLE
Working from our Young NSW office, this opportunity will see you:
- Complete return to work case management of ex-defence personnel
- Provide smooth transitions back into the workforce
- Provide holistic support through arrangement of relevant assessments
- Liaise and collaborate with treating medical professionals and DVA personnel and other relevant parties
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Registered Nurse, Registered Psychologist, ESSA membership as an Exercise Physiologist or ASORC registration as Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Relevant tertiary allied health qualification required
- 12+ months experience delivering workplace rehabilitation services
- Current drivers’ licence and access to own transport
- Criminal check
