This award leading Occupational Rehabilitation provider in Victoria specialises in the management of workplace injuries with a detailed focus on early intervention. Offering an industry leading a 3 month induction to make the transition seamless.
All levels of experience are welcomed and encouraged to apply
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are encouraged to apply.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
- Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
- Conducting assessments of worksites and functionalities
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Developing tailored rehabilitation programs that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workplace
- Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
- Salary above market ranging from $70,000 - $85,000k + Super (experience dependent) with fantastic bonus structure.
- Travel Allowance of up to $7,000
