This provider is actively seeking a compassionate, diligent, and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant who takes pride in making a positive impact and witnessing tangible outcomes of their success!

What you will be doing:
- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly
- Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
- Pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic)
- Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
- Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $115,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus
