As an Occupational Therapist in the role of Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in aiding individuals who have sustained workplace injuries. Your expertise will help them either return to their previous roles or transition into new positions. What you will be doing:
- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly
- ADL's and clinical
- Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
- Pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic)
- Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
- Working with in the NES and OES space
- Salary above market ranging from $85,000 - $110,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus
- $5,000 Car Allowance
