About the Company

Our esteemed client is a renowned national boutique provider specializing in delivering exceptional injury management, disability management, and workplace rehabilitation services.

Above market rate salaries are on offer with an uncapped bonus structure for achieving KPIs (billable hours etc..). There is also the opportunity for career progression that can look different for every professional. Hybrid working as well as flexibility in the role for hours to give the work/life balance that you are looking for.

Full time and part time positions are available. Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are encouraged to apply.

What you will be doing:

• Conducting assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes.
• Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
• Coordinating with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to reach outcomes that are suitable for everyone involved.
• Creating, executing, and supervising initiatives that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce.

• Salary between $70,000 - $100,000 + Super

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
• Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
