SalaryOur client is a leading Victoria-based Occupational Rehabilitation provider with over 30 years of experience.
With a wide variety of Allied Health professionals in the business, they are experts who understand the needs of workers and businesses.
You will be enrolled on a tailored induction programme to help you learn the role, you will also continue to receive ongoing support with coaching and mentoring.
All levels of experience are encouraged to apply with full time and part time positions available.

- Conducting assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes.
- Report writing
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Coordinating with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to reach outcomes that are suitable for everyone involved.
- Creating, executing, and supervising initiatives that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce.
- Tertiary qualifications in Paramedicine
- Full registration with the Paramedicine Board (AHPRA)
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- While experience is preferred it is not essential!!
