This role is the perfect opportunity for allied health professionals who are experienced in occupational rehabilitation looking to put 'down the tools' but still use your clinical knowledge and experience in a role that makes a real difference!

Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologist and Nurses are encouraged to apply.
What you will be doing:
- Manage a varied case load including pre-claim support, WA Workers Compensation & Motor-Vehicle Insurance claims.
- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly
- Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
- Engage in specific services – Workplace Job Analysis, Functional & Ergonomic Assessments, ADL, Vocational & Psychological Assessments as well as Project work.
- Collaborating in a multidisciplinary team
- Salary above market ranging from $80,000 - $120,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus

- Qualifications and accreditations – Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC), Exercise Physiologist (ESSA), Psychologist (AHPRA), Occupational Therapist (AHPRA), Physiotherapist (AHPRA), and/or Nurse (AHPRA).
- Minimum 1yrs workplace rehabilitation experience
- Demonstrated understanding of working within a multi-disciplinary team and managing several shareholders.
- Evidence of proactive Injury Management experience
