As leaders in complex case management, this role offers a chance to contribute to existing early intervention and mental health prevention projects, working closely with clients on-site for upskilling, training, and debriefing. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Providing return-to-work and complex case management with a strong focus on early intervention.
• Assisting a varied caseload, conducting functional assessments, ADLs, and worksite assessments.
• Liaising with key stakeholders and contributing to health prevention projects.
• Engaging with clients onsite and supporting them in achieving health and work outcomes.

Requirements:

• Approved tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or Psychology.
• Current registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC/RCAA.
• Positive and collaborative work style with excellent communication skills.
• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Occupational Rehabilitation experience is desired however not required (Juniors are welcome!)
