THE ROLE & YOU
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Rehabilitation Counsellors to join our growing team on a contract basis in Melbourne and Sydney. We are also open to hearing from you if you are based in regional surrounding areas as we undertake a broad range of tele-health based recovery and occupational rehabilitation services.
The role requires independent and highly driven consultants to manage a portfolio of life insurance cases, you will be required to undertake a broad range of services ranging from initial needs assessment, return to work support, work readiness services, vocational assessment, vocational counselling & career coaching, and job seeking. Thrive Re Consulting also undertakes a significant amount of telehealth based service delivery, so you would be providing both in-person and telehealth based services to customers nationally based with a broad range of health conditions.
If you are a dynamic Rehabilitation Counsellor (fully registered with ASORC) with at least 3 years experience in occupational rehabilitation, if you are passionate about helping people and achieving outstanding outcomes through high quality service, we would love to hear from you.
