SalaryOur client is an established Workplace Health organisation with an impeccable reputation. This organisation is achieving considerable growth on a national basis & recruiting experienced Rehabilitation Consultants for upcoming Contractor roles in Melbourne.
The Job:
- Engage & assist your clients return to work following an injury
- Work with a range of clients including DVA, Life Insurance, Workers' Compensation & ORAMS
- Perform discipline-specific assessments
- Attend case conferences, liaise with stakeholders & develop RTW plans to achieve outcomes
- Proactive case management
- Build robust relationships & generate repeat referrals
- Work from your home office, visit clients around Melbourne & perform services via Telehealth

The Ideal Candidate:
- AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, AASW-Accredited Social Worker or ASORC/RCAA-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
- 5 years’+ experience, including minimum 2 years as a Rehabilitation Consultant
- Experience in DVA, Life Insurance, WorkCover & Comcare valuable
- Eager to make a positive contribution to the Workplace Health space
- Energetic, enthusiastic & proactive
- Driver's licence & car
