Career Tactics is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Rehabilitation Counsellor to help injured workers with their return to work.
About the role:
As our Rehabilitation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients with workplace psychological and physical injuries, be responsible for a full range of workplace rehabilitation and assessment services, and strategically manage a varied caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Your role will be to assist injured claimants by delivering approved Return to Work SA Services
- Work in a fast-paced environment, driven by the company values of quality, customer service, outcomes and teamwork
- You will provide holistic support for our clients to help restore an individual's highest level of functional performance and deliver a successful return to work
- Present case information to various stakeholders including credible recommendations/solutions to drive the desired goal
- Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating a professional approach with a passion for increasing customer satisfaction, outcomes, and driving continuous improvement and learning.
- Provide excellent communication and administration skills including strong problem solving skills and ability to interpret and assess information
What you need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehab Counselling or Occupational Therapy & registration with either AHPRA or ASORC
- Satisfactory SAPOL clearance
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation or related field
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Knowledge and understanding of SA workers' compensation and injury management
- Experience in tailoring client services and making recommendations.
This position is a full-time permanent position, with part time negotiable and work from home arrangements.
