We partner with Catholic organisations and want you to bring your banking or financial services experience to help manage the day-to-day banking requirements and lending needs of a small group of clients. Our clients operate within the hearts of our communities so joining our Melbourne based team means you will be working with a values-based financial organisation that puts people and communities ahead of profit.
You will be responsible for identifying, establishing and developing new client relationships across local Parishes and Parish schools. Using your industry knowledge and banking or financial services expertise you will assess clients financial situations and needs to facilitate loan application processes; and will be responsible for identifying clients in financial distress.
Working closely with our team of Account Executives, you will be supported by an operations team for day-to-day requests, and in turn will provide mentoring and guidance for an improved customer experience.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- previous experience in Relationship Management roles
- product knowledge or an ability to develop a high level of awareness of trends and issues and make recommendations for client sectors
- ability to complete loan applications and client risk analysis papers
- an ability to cultivate strong direct relationships to achieve a high NPS
- well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills
- excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- able to work remotely, flexibly, independently and with others
- well-developed analytical and reporting skills
- extremely organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
It would also be great if you have:
- relevant graduate business qualifications
- experience in mentoring and guiding others to achieve successful outcomes
- previous experience working in a financial institution
- previous experience and/or comfortable working in a Catholic Church organisation
