The role is based in Sydney Olympic Park, NSW, however the team will be relocating to our brand new, state of the art office in the Sydney CBD in November.
What you'll contribute to
Within our Toyota Fleet Management (TFM) team, our trusted fleet advisors provide innovative fleet management solutions that get results, and we are proud to provide fleet management to some of the most successful companies in Australia. From financial to fleet support, our team immerse themselves in our customer’s business to make it easy and to keep their fleets running smoothly.
The primary role of a Relationship Manager is to build and grow strategic relationships with their portfolio of Customers which will increase the volume and profitability of business to Toyota Fleet Management.
Critical to the success of this role is to gain a comprehensive and intermit knowledge of their customers, and to develop Customer Value Plans that support and develop a mutually beneficial strategic plan to achieve both the customers as well as TFM’s business objectives.
Your attributes
- Prior knowledge of the fleet management, finance and/or automotive industry
- Sound verbal and written communication skills and experience in facilitating or delivering meetings, workshops, training, and onboarding
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to confidently handle multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to work with limited supervision/direction
- Natural ability to interpret data and present findings using logical reasoning
