About the role
We are looking for an experienced Release and Quality Assurance Manager with NV2 security clearance to be part of an exciting Defence project. Supporting the Release and Quality Assurance Lead, the Release and Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for conducting minor work projects as approved by the Operations Manager – National.
About you
Responsibilities and Key SFIA 5 Skills:
- Supporting the Release and Quality Assurance Lead to ensure all SIEOPS initiated changes are recorded, authorised, scheduled, tested and reviewed in a controlled manner – ensuring impact to F-35 operations is minimised.
- Providing support to the Release and Quality Assurance Lead and SIEOPS Engineers as required to provide Change Management services, including ensuring that changes are recorded appropriately in DSMS.
- Provide support to OBIS in their application and use of DSMS as required, including supporting CAB and changes where SIEOPS assessment/approval is requested.
- Provide oversight to ensure that all configuration items are recorded and tracked in accordance with 81WG SI 04-05 using the F-35 Cablesolve Configuration Management tool.
- Engages with technical design and project managers to ensure correct products are produced, in a timely fashion.
- Evaluates the quality of outputs against agreed service acceptance criteria.
Requirements:
- NV2 essential.
- Minimum 5 years experience ideally with Defence or Federal Government.
- Any previous experience with MPI Air 6000 (F-35 Lightening) a distinct advantage.
- SFIA level 5
