Details: Are you seeking a new opportunity to build a fulfilling career in corporate governance in the public sector? As the Assistant Director, Corporate Assurance and Risk Management (permanent, ongoing position), you will join a high-performing team working across the Directorate to conduct Quality Assurance reviews, support Risk Management and report to Senior Executives that our objectives are being met.
In this role, you will lead a small team to conduct Quality Assurance reviews on a variety of topics, support program areas to identify and address program risks and plan and respond to business continuity threats. You will implement and monitor the key governance frameworks of the Directorate and report one merging issues, risks and opportunities.

Eligibility/Other requirements:
Desirable qualifications and experience, but not essential:
- Related tertiary and/or professional qualifications and substantial work experience in Risk Management and/or Business Continuity would be beneficial.
- Qualifications and experience in Project Management and/or Auditing/Quality Assurance
