Reliability Engineer

The Position

This position is responsible for the compliance and reliability of our plant and equipment across our sites in NSW, QLD, SA and VIC. As a chemical manufacturing business, we work closely with the EPA, WorkSafe, and other government regulatory bodies to ensure people and the environment are safe at all times, and this also means our plant and equipment must also be monitored and checked for compliance and reliability, reporting back to management any issues or concerns, and best practice initiatives. Therefore, you must be fixated on high quality to achieve maximum customer satisfaction in support of our continuous improvement initiatives to be the best in our field of expertise - chemical manufacturing.

About You

• Strong problem-solving skills, not afraid to get on your hands and knees for investigative and compliance purposes.
• Technically sound with a mechanical mindset.
• Knowledge of storm-water and pipes.
• Experience with large tank systems.
• Sound knowledge of process and OHS should a spillage occur.
• Influence and champion best practices on all our plant sites.
