About the role
An opportunity has become available for two passionate and driven clinicians to provide relief for our Care Managers and Facility Managers across all PAC Sydney Facilities on a fixed term basis (6 month contract). This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled Care Manager to get some exposure to and experience in facility management to take the next step in your career.
You will utilise your experience and be responsible for achieving positive care outcomes for residents. Responsibilities for the management of care services and delivery include:
- Providing cover during the absence of Care Managers and Facility Managers at sites
- Contributing and in some cases leading projects relating to PAC residential facilities
- Assisting with the identification and resolution of organisational issues
- Supporting the site managers and the Head of Residential with quality improvement activities
- Extensive clinical experience working in aged care
- Strong leadership skills and ability to achieve optimum results from others
- Intermediate skills in Mircrosoft products (Word, Excel and Outlook) to produce quality reports and documents
- Willingness to work across all Sydney sites
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Registered Nurse – APRHA registration: Maintain current unencumbered APHRA registration (preferable)
- Post graduate qualifications in health care management (desirable)
- Post graduate qualifications in clinical area (desirable)
