Loxon Storage is Queensland owned , with over 30 sites across the state. We pride ourselves on maintaining a small business culture and view our staff as the secret to our success. This role would see you working as a Relief Manager at our Gold Coast facilities. The role is heavily focused on customer service and is sales based, it is a rewarding way to help clients by providing storage solutions.
Primarily the role involves working as a Casual Relief Manager at our Loxon Storage Facilities when required to cover annual leave and sick leave on weekdays from 0800-1700 and 0800-12md Saturdays. There would be a regular 4 hour shift each Saturday at a site.
Job tasks and responsibilities
This role is an exciting and rewarding role that will enable you to interact with customers and gain satisfaction from providing outstanding customer service and providing solutions to them in their time of need. The role is focused on finding a unique storage solution for clients, via phone, email and face to face. There is also a requirement to manage and to follow up on accounts, debt and reporting .
Shifts would be : Monday 0800-1700 and Saturday 0800-12md
