This role would see you working as a Relief Manager at our Brisbane facilities. The role is heavily focused on customer service and is sales based, it is a rewarding way to help clients by providing storage solutions.
The role would suit someone who just wants to work a few hours per week but still be part of a dedicated team.
- Most shifts are usually planned well in advance, except the occasional sick leave cover.
Primarily the role involves working as a Casual Relief Manager at Storage Facilities when required to cover annual leave and sick leave.
Job tasks and responsibilities
This role is an exciting and rewarding role that will enable you to interact with customers and gain satisfaction from providing outstanding customer service and providing solutions to them in their time of need. The role is focused on finding a unique storage solution for clients, via phone, email and face to face. The role does not involve any cold calls at all.
Shift times, when required for relief would be :
- Monday 0800-1700 and Saturday 0800-12md

- Competent with Microsoft 365 suite including Sharepoint
