Relief/Short Term Contract - College Reception Secretary
Join us as a dynamic Relief College Reception Secretary, serving as the welcoming "face" of St Teresas Catholic College for visitors.
Reporting to the EA to the Principal, this role plays a vital part in managing communications in our bustling college setting. The position demands outstanding task prioritisation, judgment, discretion, and professionalism. Short-Term Contracts are currently available for Terms 2 and 3, offering a range of roles within the College administration.

About you:
- Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to perform a range of secretarial duties with a high level of competency
- You will demonstrate initiative, attention to detail with the ability to work in a busy office environment within a small team
- Highly developed written and spoken communication skills are desired with ability to respond to enquiries from staff, students, parents and the general public are a must
- You will be highly organised and be able to demonstrate sound judgement, confidentiality, and discretion
- First Aid & CPR certification is a requirement of this role, should you not have this accreditation your ability to obtain this is required
To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
