About you:- Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to perform a range of secretarial duties with a high level of competency
- You will demonstrate initiative, attention to detail with the ability to work in a busy office environment within a small team
- Highly developed written and spoken communication skills are desired with ability to respond to enquiries from staff, students, parents and the general public are a must
- You will be highly organised and be able to demonstrate sound judgement, confidentiality, and discretion
- First Aid & CPR certification is a requirement of this role, should you not have this accreditation your ability to obtain this is required
