About You:
As a Religious Education Teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to ignite a passion for faith and learning in our students. Key Responsibilities:
Teaching Religious Education: Create a dynamic and immersive learning experience that delves into the depth and breadth of Catholic teachings, encouraging students to explore their faith with curiosity and reverence.
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to develop a comprehensive Religious Education curriculum that reflects the richness of Catholic tradition while also addressing the contemporary issues and challenges facing our students.
Fostering Community: Cultivate a sense of belonging and unity within the classroom, where students feel supported, respected, and encouraged to share their thoughts and questions about their faith journey.
Ensuring Child Safety: Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to the safety and wellbeing of our students, implementing safeguarding policies and procedures to create a secure learning environment for all.
Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional learning and reflective practice to continually enhance your teaching skills and stay abreast of current trends and best practices in Catholic education.
Position Details:
