ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Brisbane City Clinic, on a Full-Time basis, working 38 hours a week (Monday to Friday). Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to Customer Service, answering phones, responding to emails, and coordinating bookings and results for specialist medicals and assessments.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Reception and general administration duties
- Answering client enquiries via phone and email
- Proactively processing medical bookings and data entry
- Diary management
- Results management

The successful candidate will need:
- Excellent Customer Service skills and professional manner
- Intermediate typing speed with a high level of accuracy
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Time management and prioritisation skills
