Hi there! We are Asset Go Relocations and we work with clients to secure their next rental home.
We are looking for a new client success facilitator (tenant agent) who will be working directly with our clients to manage their transition and assist them in securing a rental property.
Some tasks you will be responsible for include:
- Sourcing appropriate properties for our clients on and off-market
- Liaising with property managers
- Attending rental viewings on behalf of clients
- Submitting rental applications
- Managing client expectations and keeping them informed throughout the process
MUST HAVES:
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Have property management qualifications and experience
- Seeking a long-term position
- Excellent communication skills
We are looking for someone who has effective time management skills, is adaptable, and can manage their own and client's stress levels.
A company car, laptop, and phone may be provided for the right applicant. Initially, the role will be work from home. For the right applicant, we can get your own office.
Bonus structure, with the ability to earn more money based on performance.
