CTS People is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Relocation Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role requires a strong interest in immigration, housing, and the rental market, as well as excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a background in property management or the travel industry and be highly knowledgeable about Perth, its attractions, and amenities.
This position offers the opportunity to work from home and at our Applecross office, with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work. A valid driver's license is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting video interviews with candidates to assess their housing and relocation requirements.
- Developing tailored housing solutions, including rental properties, home shares, Facebook room finds, and other strategies.
- Conducting local tours to familiarize candidates with the area and its amenities.
- Coordinating airport pick-ups for incoming candidates.
- Organizing utilities, day one food supplies, and basic personal items for candidates upon arrival.
- Coordinating flights and telecommunications for candidates as needed.
- Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of destination services.
- Liaising with and onboarding new suppliers to support our clients' needs.
- Remaining up to date on trends and developments in the immigration, housing, and rental market.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A background in property management or the travel industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and team members.
- Expert knowledge of Perth, its attractions, and amenities.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and video conferencing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a startup environment.
- Flexibility to work from home, in our Applecross office, and adapt to occasional evening and weekend work.
- Valid driver's license is essential.
