We are a team of warm, enthusiastic and friendly practitioners who are eagerly seeking fellow Remedial Massage Therapists to join our ‘Clarity Family’.
We have 2 therapists leaving to have their second bubbas; so are seeking therapists who are eager and available to start within the next couple of months, to fulfil long term positions at Clarity.

Clarity has a focus on innovation and development, regularly collaborating to review our systems and processes to offer a positive and streamlined experience for practitioners and clients alike.
Clarity offers in-house training, workshops and professional development for team members. We are passionate about learning and improving our skills, and collaborating on ways to learn, develop and be creative.
Our Remedial Massage Therapists are all involved in a practitioner treatment swap program, which means every therapists receives a (free) massage once per month. (Gotta take care of You, in order to take care of others!)
As a Clarity Remedial Massage Therapist, you receive access to 12 fully funded online digital courses for Professional Development, which provide you with Association recognised CPE/PD points.

This is an employed position, remunerated as a Health Professional under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award. This is not a sham contract position – it means that you are paid for every hour you work (including your time between clients, writing clinic notes, set up + pack up, meetings and training time) – not just for the massage sessions you perform!
Clarity has an incredibly high client return + retention rate; and we take the relationships we form with our community very seriously – it is at the heart of what we do – this means you form long term bonds with clients and have the valuable experience of contributing to their health over time (you’re not just breaking your back treating once-off gift voucher clients)
We have a friendly full-time admin team who manage all client admin, payments, bookings and enquiries; so your focus is on what you do best: caring for your clients.

The minimum requirements to be considered for the role are:
You have your Diploma of Remedial Massage (HLT50307 / HLT52015)
You are eligible for all Private Health Provider numbers
You hold current Association Membership (eg. AAMT / MMA / ATMS / AMT)
