Reporting to the GM of Performance and Reward, your next contract will see you providing broad generalist remuneration activities, from analysis of reports, advice through HR teams, and providing performance and reward consultative expertise, guidance, and analysis to business stakeholders to help meet their business objectives through compensation design and execution excellence. This is mostly operational and also involved in the BAU cyclical remuneration activities within a large complex ASX-listed business.
