This multinational ASX-listed market leader is an acknowledged leader in their field and is considered a strong and consistent performer, both locally and internationally.With their head office based in the heart of Sydney's CBD and hybrid work-from-home policy, 2 days in the office, with a chance for additional flexibility. Reporting to the GM of Performance and Reward, your next contract will see you providing broad generalist remuneration activities, from analysis of reports, advice through HR teams, and providing performance and reward consultative expertise, guidance, and analysis to business stakeholders to help meet their business objectives through compensation design and execution excellence. This is mostly operational and also involved in the BAU cyclical remuneration activities within a large complex ASX-listed business.To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven depth of experience across the technical areas of remuneration and benefits, ideally within an ASX-listed entity;
- Proven ability to work at all levels and build relationships with key stakeholders;
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and provide an exceptional level of customer service to the business;
- Strong communication (written and oral) with strong project management skills;
- Strong commercial acumen, high analytics, and capacity to consult within a dynamic environment of a fast-moving and culturally diverse business group;
- Experience with Excel and reporting analysis;
- Ability to revamp frameworks and policies in large complex organisations.
