About the role
This is a temporary contract for 9 months as a Remuneration, Systems and Insights Advisor. The role will be a diverse position where you will provide generalist advice and support to employees throughout their employment journey. You will offer guidance on remuneration and benefits policies, as well as provide initial advisory services and system support. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating, evaluating, and analysing reports on human resources-related metrics and information.

You will also possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management.
- Experience in remuneration and benefits evaluation and benchmarking.
- Data insights and reporting experience, with Power BI experience being highly desirable.
- Implementing system improvement experience and collating information from the system.
