Our exciting role as a Renewal Account Manager will manage an assigned territory of accounts to manage contract renewal targets, build upon existing relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be proactive and curious and be able to anticipate your client's needs before they know themselves!
Reporting to the General Manager Retail Customer Accounts in Australia and New Zealand, this role is accountable for retention of customers within an allocated portfolio in both Metro and Regional areas.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners to drive revenue margins in your assigned territory
Reporting on your territory including site management, transaction volumes,
Account planning in a proactive manner to renewal contracts
Negotiation and securing of allocated renewals and change of ownerships on contracts
Managing up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
Ensure ongoing client satisfaction
Respond to customer complaints and help resolve issues in a timely manner
Team player, willing to collaborate and assist other sales team members to achieve better results
Perform any ad hoc tasks and projects as required by General Manager Retail Customer Accounts
Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
Experience and skills required:
Prior experience in Account Manager, Customer Service or Renewal Management highly desired
Bachelor's degree preferred in business/marketing
Natural relationship builder
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Strong time management
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and ability to think and plan strategically.
To be successful for this role, you must have:
A valid full time working visa, Permanent Residence or Citizenship
Be in Australia and able to commence work within a 4 week period
