AddressLuxury Car Rentals are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Rental Car Recoveries and Settlements Officer.
About the Role:
As a Rental Car Recoveries and Settlements Officer, you'll play a crucial role in our operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Issuing invoice and collect payment for Rental Cars
- Responsible in recovering demurrage claims and to communicate
- Investigating and managing recovery claims related to Rental Car cost
- Communicating with insurance companies, clients, and legal representative
- Organising appointments and maintaining calendars
- Assisting in the legal process, including drafting letters and filing documents
- Handling phone inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Manage fleet vehicles, eg vehicle maintenance, compliance
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Sharepoint/Teams/Projects applications
- Driver’s license with good record
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
