Burleigh Truck Rental is a fast growing and dynamic company that is seeking motivated team members to join us at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. Full-Time and Casual Positions are on offer. A positive friendly can-do attitude and willingness to learn and be part of the team is most important.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:
Enthusiastic to provide a great customer experience by taking bookings and dealing with customers via the phone and over the counter
Assist with cleaning of vehicles
Checking Vehicles in and out of the yard
Administration and other office duties
Essential Experience Required:
Well presented with strong sales / customer service background
Good Communicator
Have a strong drive to sell (upsell, cross-sell)
Ability to learn and operate our point of sale software
Basic Knowledge Computers -Data Entry
Ability to work unsupervised with a good sense of responsibility
Ability to multi task and be highly organised with strong attention to detail
Experienced in dealing with customer issues and conflict resolution
Previous Sales Experience in the Automotive or Insurance Fields will be highly regarded with a willingness to assist with the cleaning and maintenance of the fleet.
