Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Enthusiastic to provide a great customer experience by taking bookings and dealing with customers via the phone and at the counter
- Fit to Assist cleaning our trucks, vans, utes as required
- Administration and other office duties
Essential Experience Required:
- Well presented with strong customer service background
- Have a strong drive to sell (upsell, cross-sell)
- Good communicator
- Ability to learn and operate our point of sale software
- Basic Knowledge Computers -Data Entry
- Ability to work unsupervised with a good sense of responsibility
- Ability to multi task and be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experienced in dealing with customer issues and conflict resolution
