RENTAL SALES OFFICER

Burleigh Truck Rental is a fast growing and dynamic company that is seeking motivated team members to join us in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. Full-Time and Casual Positions are on offer.Applicants with a proven background in Sales/ Customer Service should apply.A positive friendly can-do attitude and willingness to learn and be part of the team is most important.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Enthusiastic to provide a great customer experience by taking bookings and dealing with customers via the phone and at the counter
•  Fit to Assist cleaning our trucks, vans, utes as required
• Administration and other office duties

Essential Experience Required:

• Well presented with strong customer service background
   
• Have a strong drive to sell (upsell, cross-sell)
   
• Good communicator
   
• Ability to learn and operate our point of sale software
   
• Basic Knowledge Computers -Data Entry
   
• Ability to work unsupervised with a good sense of responsibility
   
• Ability to multi task and be highly organised with strong attention to detail
   
• Experienced in dealing with customer issues and conflict resolution
