Purpose:
To assist in activities within the Service Department of Ingenico.
The role is based in Preston and the working hour is from 7am - 3pm.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Repair, assembly and testing of EFTPOS terminals and peripherals
- General workshop tasks
- Act in accordance with relevant Workers Health and Safety legislation and the company's WH&S policy
- Act in accordance with relevant Environmental legislation and the company's Environmental policy
- The employee accepts responsibility to follow all procedures and policies of the Quality Management System applicable to their position, the task at hand and as directed by the company
- Attend and participate in team activities, meetings and day to day work activities, demonstrating respect
- Consideration for individuals and their experiences and expertise

Skills:
- Technical knowledge of Ingenico products and test system
- Excellent organisational skills
- A flexible approach to duties and hours where necessary
- Competent in repairs
- Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety principles and legislation
Experience:
- Experience in a repair / warehousing / distribution / logistics environment
- Core Requirements
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)

- Ability to work well within your team and autonomously
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Meet KPIs
Qualification:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Electronics / Warehouse, and/or
- Technical service centre experience
