The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and coordinate maintenance and repair operations across the property portfolio within the jurisdiction of the property department. Essential qualities for success in this position include the ability to perform well under pressure, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in interactions with contractors and internal stakeholders.

The right candidate will demonstrate the following:
- In depth knowledge of Maintenance Connect System preferred, or ability to quickly learn new computer systems.
- VET qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering or associated discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in multiple site facilities/building maintenance desirable.
- Trade background, engineering HVAC/Plumbing/Equipment service and/or building qualifications desirable, but not mandatory.
- Strong computer skills - MS Office, email.
- Commercial savvy with strong numeracy skills and the ability to interpret pricing and quotations.
- Competent in reading building plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Proactive team player with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to build relationships and network internally and externally.
