As our Replenishment Coordinator you will manage the flow and control of inventory across our network of stores through replenishment, analysis and reporting.
The opportunity based at our DC in Avalon...
- Manage end to end purchase order process along with ensuring that POs are completed on time
- Maintain an accurate flow of inbound POs and stock put away time
- Collaborate with Suppliers on nil/short supplies
- Work closely with Suppliers and internal teams on invoicing/EDI
- Maintain an accurate flow of inbound POs and stock put away times
- Track and report on supplier DIFOT performance and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve DIFOT KPI's
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure forecasts are shared and accurate
If you have the below experience we would love to hear from you!
- Analytical skills to interpret data, analyse trends to make informed decisions regarding inventory levels
- Demonstrated capability in retail inventory management practices, including stock forecasting and replenishment strategies
- Excellent organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
