What's on offer?
Due to an internal promotion, Ridley has an exciting opportunity on offer for a Logistics Coordinator/Replenishment Officer to join our growing Replenishment team based in Victoria.
Reporting to the Replenishment Team Leader, this position will build on our enthusiastic team of four replenishment officers who are responsible for ensuring that projected raw materials usage is planned out, ordered and received on site in time for production with any gaps in supply addressed and resolved.

What does an average day look like?
Your role is critical in ensuring our manufacturing sites have a consistent supply of raw materials to support the daily requirement of producing feed for our customers. This includes:
- Running reports to analyse current and projected stock position using drawdown estimates from system, forecast and site feedback
- Provide feedback to sites in relation to raw materials position, arrivals and issues
- Order & co-ordinate delivery of raw materials with suppliers and freight providers to ensure timely supply to our manufacturing sites
- Lead the coordination of raw material supply to swiftly resolve any unplanned gaps in the supply chain as they occur
- Collaborate with our merchandising team in ensuring our suppliers deliver on time and in full
What do you need to bring to be successful in this role?
We are looking for someone who wants to get started in the agriculture industry or looking to take the next step in developing your career in the manufacturing space. Your key skills and attributes include:
- Positive approach with a willingness to learn
- Takes ownership of tasks and takes pride in your work
- Strong verbal, negotiation and written communication skills
- Experience in an agriculture environment, supply chain or similar logistics coordinator role would be an advantage but not vital
- Process driven with a high attention to detail and willingness to challenge inconsistencies
- A sound understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) with experience in the Microsoft D365 ERP system desirable but not mandatory
- Ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile when needed
