What you'll doAs our
Replenishment Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support and subject matter expertise of Replenishment systems to the Group Replenishment and Big W Teams.
- Represent Group Replenishment and Big W on all system projects
- Stability in the Replenishment systems to include Replenishment Central, SAP, Webi, Tableau, Fulfilment (ASR) and demand
- Provide day to day support such as troubleshooting / training etc to Group Replenishment and Big W
- End to end management of all replenishment system related incidents / problems / enhancements.
- Provide system insights and recommendations to senior management in replenishment
What you'll bring- Strong communication skills and ability to set and manage stakeholder expectations
- Ability to adapt and implement change
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage fast-paced workload across multiple initiatives / incidents
- Some design and system knowledge experience would be desirable
- Database knowledge (SQL, Java, Python, Big Query) and Google Sheets/ Excel
