The Role: Research Consultant
As the Melbourne HQ continues to expand, they’re looking for analytical thinkers with 12-18 months of experience in market research to join them and partner closely with senior mentors on some of the agency's most significant and successful commercial client accounts!
Responsibilities:

• Contribute to a continuous stream of tracking and ad-hoc briefs
• Manage client relationships
• Assist seniors with proposals and research design
• Design surveys and quantitative methodologies
• Conduct data analysis using tools like SPSS/Q
• Participate in qualitative fieldwork sessions
• Translate data into clear stories, solutions, and recommendations
• Craft insightful reports, bringing data to life through storytelling
• Create data visualisations and deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders

This role provides the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of projects, including brand health, pricing architecture, segmentation, advertising effectiveness, customer experience, U&A's, communications testing, innovation, and new product development. Collaborate closely with senior mentors on some of the agency's most significant and successful commercial client accounts!
