Qualifications & experience
- Tertiary qualifications where complex report-writing and research fundamentals is an element.
- Experience in interviewing to develop understanding of organisations
- Business process auditing skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to develop comprehensive proposals / tenders / outcomes reports.
- Technical proficiency.
Key tasks & responsibilities
- Undertake primary and secondary research, both online and in person.
- Development of systems and processes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships.
- Produce written reports and data as required.
- Provide critical analysis.
- Management and Coordination of projects.
- Strong methodological understanding, and ability to adapt research design.
- Working in a small Aboriginal Owned business.
- Be part of improving Economic Participation for Aboriginal People.
- Contribute to improving access to services for Aboriginal People.
- Support large infrastructure projects, industry and organisations with their Reconciliation objectives.
- Located in Adelaide.
