Their team of Consultants, Strategists and Researchers bring their own unique perspectives to client’s challenges. They integrate data and evidence in to Consulting and add value to the data through the art of Consulting.
With some seriously impressive experience within the agency, they have the opportunity for a Research Consultant to join the Research practice.
The crux of the role will be to project manage research studies (syndicated and bespoke), engaging with clients, supervising fieldwork, running analyses and identifying patterns, trends and key takeaways.
You will get to collaborate with Partners in the business and be seen as a Research expert. For example, you may attend a client meeting with a (Consulting) Partner where you take a brief and ask the right probing questions (objectives, timelines, questionnaire design, deliverables).
Outside of the core Research PM daily duties, there is endless opportunity to get involved with some of the agency’s suite of products. They have also developed a verbatim analysis tool within ChatGPT – there is room to own and grow this tool.
What we are looking for:
- Foundational Market Research knowledge and experience (quant). 1-2 years of agency experience will be acceptable.
- A curiosity to learn and grow.
- A receptive learner
- Confident with analysis tools such as Q or SPSS.
- The ability to connect the dots / trends and create a narrative / story.
- Native intelligence.
- Client-centric – ability to communicate with clients on a professional level.
