The Role
- Manage projects and client relationships, acting as the principal point of contact on projects that are in field
- Contribute to project design and management
- Lead projects from start to finish, with support and guidance from directors as necessary
- Take complex briefs from clients and outline the rationale behind the creative application of different methodologies, to solve the central question
- You will exercise both your qualitative and quantitative research muscles
- Strong commercial market or social research project management skills
- Passion for continual learning
- A can-do insight specialist with 3+ years quantitative and qualitative experience (tertiary educated, ideally with previous experience at a boutique market research agency in Australia)
- Currently involved in design delivering quantitative and qualitative research from client brief to presentation and activation workshops
- Moderating of key stakeholder interviews and data collection
- Excellent consultative skills
- Commercially savvy, with impressive project management skills (proactive, loads of initiative, able to prioritise and manage time, strong attention to detail – while also keeping the big picture in mind)
