AddressYou will be joining a team of skilled protein scientists, using state-of-the art tools for structural analysis and analytical assessments to rigorously characterise antibody optimisation candidates.
On a day-to-day basis, you may perform any of the following:
- Structural analysis of macromolecules
- Molecular modelling of antibodies and antibody-antigen complexes
- Multi-parametric assessments for design and optimisations of antibody sequences
- Management of CRO activities for biophysical, structural characterisations and structure determination of antigen-antibody complexes
- Implement antigen and antibody purifications, analytical characterisations (including thermostability assessment and DLS)
- Collaborative engagement with cross-functional teams to communicate project activities and timelines.
- Keep up with the emerging trends in the discipline, provide regular updates to key stakeholders through presentations, author reports, and maintain experiment records in a timely manner through the use of electronic lab notebooks.
- Train junior staff members as required.
- Provide general research/laboratory support, including ordering and maintaining consumables, interacting with suppliers
