The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Research Support Officer to be part of our SARDI & Major Programs Division within the Department of Primary Industries and Regions.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive administrative, business and governance support services to management and staff at the Minnipa Agricultural Centre.
The Research Support Officer provides an administrative service to Minnipa Farm and Research staff as required. Support is given to organizing events such as Field Days, meetings and workshops. General administrative tasks for research and farm staff include preparing Agendas and Minutes for various staff meetings, ordering of stationery and office supplies, collection and distribution of mail and courier deliveries, managing the switchboard and email enquiries, and general front counter Reception duties.
The Research Support Officer has the key responsibility of ensuring administrative services are managed in a manner that is efficient and at the same time portrays a friendly and professional environment.

Special Conditions

Remuneration
ASO2 - $57,842 min - $62,221 max per annum, plus superannuation
