Schedule: Various shifts between the hours of 7am and 5pm, Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays, as required.

Your duties may include:
- Be responsible for the day-to-day management of Research Support Services department
- Perform laboratory tasks as required
- Collecting and reporting patient data in databases
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and managers to achieve operational smoothness
- Liaise with Commercial team to provide billing support
- Engage with current and future clients
- Provide updates on trial progress
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree un applied science, science or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Research Support or clinical research role
- Completed Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification
- Experience in using and maintaining databases
- Strong understanding of research protocols, procedures and techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and able to rigorously adhere to relevant documentation standards
- Adherence to quality, regulatory and safety standards
