Your duties may include: Be responsible for the day-to-day management of Research Support Services department Perform laboratory tasks as required Collecting and reporting patient data in databases Collaborate with internal stakeholders and managers to achieve operational smoothness Liaise with Commercial team to provide billing support Engage with current and future clients Provide updates on trial progress To be successful in the role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree un applied science, science or equivalent Minimum of 2 years experience in a Research Support or clinical research role Completed Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification Experience in using and maintaining databases Strong understanding of research protocols, procedures and techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills Excellent time management, attention to detail and able to rigorously adhere to relevant documentation standards Adherence to quality, regulatory and safety standards Employee benefits and wellbeing Access to a marketplace of exclusive discounts and vouchers from leading Australian and online retailers.
