Two Fat Blokes Gourmet Tours is seeking an Administration Assistant - specialising in bookings. We are a family owned and operated tour company with an onsite cellar door and deli. We specialise in providing the highest rated winery tour experiences in the Hunter Valley and rated in the top 10% worldwide by Trip Advisor and Viator, a global travel agents.
This is a job sharing position with flexible working roster (family friendly)
The role consist of (but not inclusive of) the following:
- assisting and advising customers on tour and experience options.
- making reservations for customers based on their requirements and availability.
- processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
- sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or day to day operation of the tours.
- organise pick up and drop off locations and times
- providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
- maintaining relationships with suppliers and other cellar doors
- organise and allocate daily runs for tours (booking in venues)
Desirable Traits
- booking system experiences preferably Rezdy
- data entry experience
- multi tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- knowledge of Hunter Valley Wine region
- flexible working hours, includes weekend work
