Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Currently, we are looking for a fixed-term Full time Reservation Sales Agent.The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide efficient and professional service to all guests via email and phone
- Maintain a positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and rates
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities and promotions
- Actively sell hotel facilities and promotions
- Process reservations and update guest profiles
- Attend to guest's requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction
QualificationsThe successful applicant will ideally have:
- Previous proven experience in customer service is essential as well as total dedication to the guest's journey and attention to detail.
- A positive and vibrant selling approach
- Strong passion for sales and promotion
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with strong and clear communication skills.
- Previous experience in reservation or a similar role in Hotels/ Hospitality is highly regarded
- Exceptional attention to detail with a sense of urgency
- Be available to work atleast 2 saturdays every month.
- Experience with Opera Cloud is highly regarded
