The Role
As a Reservations Agent you will provide wonderful hospitality to our guests whilst mastering the craft of hosting! This role requires you:
- To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product and services including room types, relative features, food & beverage outlets, and guest facilities along with any promotions within the hotel.
- Be fully aware of the hotel’s selling strategy, rates and booking status.
- To develop and maintain a close and harmonious working relationship with all departments within the hotel.
- Effectively organise the workflow in the Reservations office.
The Skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with strong and clear communication skills
- Experience in reservations or similar role
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency
- Passion for providing friendly personalised customer service
- Demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
- Experience in a premium hotel environment or premium service role advantageous
